Application is very easy to do simply work in a small manageable section usually 3 x 3 and apply the sealer using a soft grouting sponge. For glazed tiles where sealer won t adhere you ll need to seal only the grout lines using an applicator brush or specialty applicator bottle with a rolling wheel on top. What a tile rated sealer will do is to penetrate the surface allowing it to protect the surface.
