Options that i can think of are to revise your roofing plans get rid of the roof trim or change the outside design of the house to look more like the british black and white tudor houses with the crossbeams on the outside. It seems that the new build mode reads one block of space as a room if it has all four walls and a floor. Whenever i tried to delete either the floor or a wall or replace a wall with the fence build mode reads this space as outside rather than an indoor room if that makes sense. That above is the problem i m having.
