Very disappointing as we were excited to dine on the roof of eatly. The rooftop is enclosed with clear glass that opens up on those beautiful summer days. Update from june 23 2017. Time lapse update from july 2017.

Sabbia is la birreria s summer pop up concept and transports one from the bustling streets of flatiron new york city to the italian seaside. With the roof open the blue sky and top of the flatiron building statues were visible. The food was great zero complaint there.
